As an Oklahoma City native, Taylor serves Thrive as its Founder & CEO, having built its values and culture up from the ground floor. Taylor has spent the last five years growing a successful company while remaining highly respected in the community and among his colleagues.
As Thrive’s Founder, Taylor strives to create an environment where team members can attain fulfillment while also building both the company and its clients up through strategizing future plans, visualizing goals and evolving the culture of Thrive.
In his downtime, Taylor hits hole-in-ones at the golf course, mentors others, and spends time with his wife, Melissa, and their two children, Bennett and Rachel. One of Taylor’s favorite pastimes is building a fire, sitting on the back porch, and listening to Chris Stapleton.
Taylor graduated from The University of Oklahoma where he studied business management brought on by his reverence of business education and admiration of not only entrepreneurs, but people willing to take control of their circumstances while betting on themselves.
