Originally from Sac City, Iowa, Karen serves Thrive as a Director of Operations where she seeks to understand the underlying issues her clients have. Her favorite part of working at Thrive is the relationships she’s made with her clients and peers.
In addition to her work with Thrive, Karen enjoys gardening, reading, and watching sports with her three sons.
Karen attended Iowa Central Community College and Central State University, where her desire to help people led her to study medical assisting and business.
